Foreign-funded agreement approved
VGP – The Prime Minister has approved a draft credit agreement between the German development bank (KfW Entwicklungsbank) and the Vietnamese Ministry of Finance (MoF) for a waste water and waste management program in nine provinces and cities.
The benefiting localities include Hòa Bình, Sơn La, Lạng Sơn, Bắc Ninh, Hải Dương, Nghệ An, Sóc Trăng, Trà Vinh and Cần Thơ.
The MoF was assigned to ink the agreement with the German bank.
The People’s Committees of the nine localities will work with the MoF to sign separate agreements with the German bank in accordance to the Prime Minister’s approval./.
