This is part of the Prime Minister’s Decision on cooperative mechanisms and policies with African countries in the 2012-2020 period.
Vietnamese enterprises can receive and use outcomes of State-invested agricultural models in Africa to expand and develop their business projects in the region as well as gain access to information from the database on Vietnam’s farming activities in Africa.
Meanwhile, officials, experts and workers will be given free-of-charge language training courses, salaries, social and medical insurance in line with law.
The policy will take effect on February 1, 2012.
Việt Nam is shaking hands with African partners in projects on rice and agricultural product exports and exploitation of land resources. Việt Nam has dispatched many experts to assist African countries in agricultural development.
On the other hand, African countries have sent a number of delegations to Việt Nam to learn experience of agricultural production./.
