Gov’t asks for digitalization of administrative documents
VGP – All written administrative documents bearing no stamp of secrecy must be attached with their electronic files. This request is applicable from mid-December this year.
It is part of PM Nguyễn Tấn Dũng’s recent instruction on digitalizing administrative documents that are under the competence of the Government and the PM.
Without digital files, the written documents are considered invalid.
