The future plans will cover the locality’s overall socio-economic development, urban and technical infrastructure construction, land and natural resources usage and human resources development.
The PM has asked the provincial People’s Committee to consider, make decisions and hold responsibilities on guiding foreign consultants to do the job in compliance with security requirements.
The province will use its local budget and other legal sources of capital for the work.
