Gov’t chief hails Panama’s leaving diplomat
VGP – PM Nguyễn Tấn Dũng today received Ms. Lizia Zenaida Lu, Ambassadress of Panama, who has just completed her working term in Việt Nam.
| PM Dũng highly praised Ambassadress Lizia Zenaida Lu for her contributions to stepping up cooperation and friendship between the two countries in such fields as trade, maritime services, and agriculture. The host leader hoped that, the diplomat will continue to join efforts in promoting the blooming Việt Nam–Panama relationship. Ms. Lizia Zenaida Lu expressed her deep impressions on the Vietnamese country and people, wishing that Việt Nam, “the emerging tiger in Asia,” will obtain more achievements.
