The Vietnamese Government chief made the commitment on Monday in Hà Nội while welcoming Chinese Minister of Commerce Chen Deming who is present in Việt Nam for a working visit.

According to PM Dũng, Việt Nam and China have enjoyed finer ties in the areas of economics, trade and investment in the global economic hard time.

Over the last years, China has been one of the key trading partners of Việt Nam, said Mr. Dũng.

However, according to PM Dũng, as there are great potentials for the two neighbor countries to tap, it is necessary for both sides to surmount difficulties so as to spur bilateral economic and commercial linkages.

Mr. Dũng hoped that China would strengthen its support for some industrial projects in Việt Nam as agreed by the two sides.

Minister Chen Deming informed the host leader major outcomes of his talks with Vietnamese Minister of Industry and Trade Vũ Huy Hoàng and Minister of Planning and Investment Võ Hồng Phúc.

Mr. Chen took the occasion to seek the Vietnamese Government’s support for Chinese investors in Việt Nam and China’s closer ties with ASEAN.
