Gov’t issues decree on economic groups, corporations
VGP – The Government has issued the Decree 69/2014/ND-CP on establishment, re-arrangement and operation of State economic groups and corporations.
With regard to compositions, a State economic group/corporation shall have three levels, including the holding company (the first level enterprise) in which the State owns 100% charter capital or holds the controlling right.
The Decree also stipulates specific conditions on setting up a State economic group/corporation.
The Decree shall take effect since September 1, 2014./.
