Gov’t leaders agree some BT and BOT projects
VGP – The Government chief on July 22 delivered his opinions on assessing and granting the investment certificate to the BT (Building-Transfer) Project on Sewage Treatment Station in Hoàng Mai District, Hà Nội. The Project is invested by Malaysia’s Gamuda Berhad Group.
