The Agreement between the Government of Viet Nam and the Government of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay on Cooperation in Science and Technology was signed in Ha Noi on June 15, 2010.

The Government asked the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Science and Technology to cooperate with other relevant ministries to launch the Agreement.

The Government has ratified the Draft Agreement on Sea Transport Agreement between the Governments of Viet Nam and Myanmar.

The Government authorized the Minister of Transport to sign the Agreement on the sidelines of the 20th ASEAN Transport Ministers’ Meeting scheduled for Myanmar on November 27-28.

The PM also approved the content of the Draft Agreement between the Governments of Viet Nam and Russia on bilateral strategic partnership on education, science and technology.

Minister of Science and Technology Nguyen Quan was assigned to ink the deal with the representatives of the Russian Government.
