Bac Kan has two new Vice Chairpersons
VGP – PM Nguyen Tan Dung has approved the election of Mr. Hoang Duy Chinh as Vice Chairman and Ms. Do Thi Minh Hoa as Vice Chairperwoman of the Bac Kan Provincial People’s Committee for the 2011-2016 tenure.
Mr. Chinh was former Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council.
Ms. Hoa was former Secretary of the Ba Be District Party Committee./.
