Hai Phong has new Chairman
VGP – The PM has recently approved the election of Mr. Le Van Thanh as Chairman of the Hai Phong People’s Committee in the 2011-2016 tenure.
Mr. Thanh worked as Vice Chairman of the People's Committee before taking the new post.
