The program targets to encourage, nurture the development of cooperatives, uphold their role, and strengthen household economic competitiveness especially farmer households and small and medium-sized business and production establishments.
The program supports the establishment and rearrangement of cooperatives, and provides legal consultations for cooperatives.
Particularly, cooperatives operating in the agro-forestry-fishery-salt sectors will get assistance in terms of infrastructure, capital access, breeds in case of natural disasters and epidemics and product processing./.
