To realize the action plan, the Ministry of Information and Communications will be responsible for enhancing public awareness and skills on preventing and combating human trafficking. Under the scheme, all legal documents on anti-human trafficking will be disseminated to communes, wards and towns nationwide by 2015.
The Ministry of Public Security will be in charge of improving the effectiveness of the fight against human trafficking. Security forces will crack down on all human trafficking hot-spots, especially in border areas.
The Ministry of Public Security will also complete legal documents, monitor the enforcement of law regarding human trafficking prevention and combat, and strengthen international cooperation in preventing and combating human trafficking.
The Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs will undertake the receiving, identifying, protecting and assisting of returned trafficked victims. All returned victims will receive various types of assistance, including free legal support.
