The Union was also urged to dispatch young intellectuals to disadvantaged areas to help poor families and engage in building transport culture and new rural areas.
Every year, the Hồ Chí Minh Communist Youth Union organizes a “Green Summer Campaign” in a bid to encourage the youth to participate in campaign activities for social welfare.
These activities are designed to help improve the awareness and promote self-consciousness and creativeness of the youth.
