The PM assigned the State Bank of Việt Nam to process procedures and adjust expenditures with the Asian Development Bank (ADB).
The Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs will direct relevant agencies to complete activities of the project before the deadline.
The project will provide vocational training for around 4,000 people, including ethnic minorities (accounting for 50%) and women in the Mekong Delta (accounting for 50%). After training courses, 70% of the laborers will get jobs and receive loans.
