Located in Lai Vu Commune, Kim Thành District, the northern province of Hải Dương, the 212.89 hectare park holds a strategic position in the northern economic triangle of Hà Nội- Hải Phòng- Quảng Ninh.
It is a centralized park with factories built to serve the country’s shipbuilding industry.
