Mid-term CG to beheld in Quang Tri
VGP – The mid-term meeting of Consultative Group (CG) for Vietnam in 2012 will be held in the central province of Quang Tri from June 7-8, according to the Office of Government.
The meeting serves as a platform for the Government and sponsors to discuss Việt Nam’s socio-economic performance, review the sponsors’ implementation of their commitments that had been made in previous meetings and work out measures to improve the effectiveness of aids.
The annual CG meeting is held every December with the participation of representatives from the Vietnamese Government and sponsors for Vietnam.
