NGO’s foreign experts to enjoy personal income tax exemption
VGP – The PM has decided to exempt personal income tax for foreign experts who engage in non-governmental organisations' aid projects in Viet Nam.
The decision shall be applicable to foreign experts who are directly working for programs and projects of foreign non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in Viet Nam.
Foreign experts who shall enjoy tax exemption must have foreign nationality and expert contracts with NGOs or Viet Nam’s competent agencies on non-governmental aid projects.
The decision shall come into force since May 1, 2016./.
