The State Bank of Việt Nam was assigned to finalize necessary measures for receiving the aid.

The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment will be in charge of assessing, approving and implementing the project in line with the current regulations and speeding up the realization process of the VLAP Project.

VLAP Project will be carried out from now until June 2013 in nine provinces, namely the northern provinces of Thái Bình and Hưng Yên, and Hà Nội; the central provinces of Quảng Ngãi, Bình Định and Khánh Hòa; and the Mekong delta provinces of Tiền Giang, Bến Tre and Vĩnh Long.

The project targets to establish a modern land use certificate registration, management and issuance system with complete administrative procedures of land management, making it transparent and accessible to the public./.
