Earlier, Mr. Nghi was Vice Secretary of the Nam Dinh province Party Committee and Secretary of the Nam Dinh city Party Committee.
The PM also dismissed Mr. Doan Hong Phong from his duties as Chairman of the Nam Dinh provincial People’s Committee to assume another post.
Mr. Phong was elected as Secretary of the Nam Dinh province Party Committee in the 2015-2020 tenure at the recent 19th provincial Party Congress./.
