PM Dũng meets Russia’s leaving Ambassador

PM Dũng hailed the valuable contributions of the Russian diplomat to the advancement of the Việt Nam-Russia strategic partnership, saying that Việt Nam always attaches importance to the enhancement and consolidation of the bilateral ties in the interests of the two countries and for regional and international peace, stability and development.
The Vietnamese PM hoped that the Ambassador, in his new posts, would extend his efforts to enrich the traditional friendship and cooperative relationship between the two countries.
Ambassador V. Seraphimov said that he was deeply impressed on the Vietnamese people and country during his office term.
He expressed his strong belief that the Southeast Asian country will continue to experience vigorous development in the time to come; vowing to spare no effort to bolster the bilateral ties.
