PM Dung meets for exchange of view with Seychelles President

PM Dung hailed the fruitful outcomes of Mr. Michel’s recent talks with Vietnamese State President Truong Tan Sang and expressed hopes that the agreements signed during the current visit will lift bilateral relations to new heights.
The Government chief thanked the Seychelles Government for recognizing Viet Nam’s market economy, proposing closer cooperation regional and international forums.
PM Dung called on both sides to seize the investment potentials in tourism, agriculture, seafood, oil and gas as well as renewable energy.
The Vietnamese Government said PM Dung promises to provide a favorable investment environment for business circles of the two countries.
Ministries and sectors will realize the signed, mutually beneficial bilateral agreements as promptly and proficiently as possible.
For his part, President Michel said his visit has witnessed the signing of five cooperative agreements in diplomacy, aviation, tourism, trade, and a twin city relationship between Ha Noi and Victoria.
He hopes Viet Nam will serve as a gateway for Seychelles to broaden its economic and trade linkages with ASEAN nations and offered his country’s assistance in bridging Viet Nam and the wider African region closer.
The guest leader also pledged assistance for Viet Nam at multilateral forums and close coordination in marine-based economies./.
