PM Nguyễn Tấn Dũng starts tour to China

VNGOP – PM Nguyễn Tấn Dũng and the Vietnamese Government high-ranking delegation left Hà Nội this afternoon (October 27) to attend the ASEAN-China Trade and Investment Summit and Fair held in Nanning.

The delegation includes many leaders and senior officials from the Government Office, ministries of Trade and Industry, Foreign Affairs, Planning and Investment, Agriculture and Rural Development, Transport, Việt Nam Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and two northern border provinces of Lào Cai and Quảng Ninh.
PM Nguyễn Tấn Dũng's China tour aims to consolidate and strengthen the friendship and comprehensive cooperation between the two parties and states; further promote economic and trade cooperation with China's Guangxi and Yunnan Provinces sharing the common border with Việt Nam, as a part in the plan to realize the "Two corridors, one economic belt" project in order to maintain peace and stability along the China-Việt Nam border line. The visit also shows Việt Nam's proactive participation in the cooperation between ASEAN and China in general and between the organization and these two provinces in particular./.
