PM approves Vinashin Bạch Đằng Corporation
VNGOP – The PM on July 18 gave nod to the plan to found the Bạch Đằng Shipping Industry Corporation as a member of the Việt Nam Shipping Industry Group (Vinashin). The Vinashin Board of Executives was entrusted to decide the formation of the parent company - Bạch Đằng Corporation – and its subsidiaries under current stipulations.
| The Government head also assigned the competent ministries to check and supervise Vinashin's realization of investment projects as well as capital use in conformity with Decision 104/2006/QĐ-TTg dated on May 15, 2006 by the PM on the establishment of Vinashin as a parent company. By Nguyên Hồ |
