PM meets voters in Hải Phòng

VGP – PM Nguyễn Tấn Dũng on Thursday met with Hải An District voters in the northern city of Hải Phòng for taking their opinions.

The voters said they highly appreciate the results of the 9th session of the 12th National Assembly, especially the spirit of increasingly democracy, renovation, and responsibility of the NA deputies through interpellations.

Some voters highlighted that many burning issues have been brought to frank discussion at the working session.

They also hailed the Government’s efforts in governing the country to gain significant socio-economic achievements, and proposed that the Government should pay more attention to low-income groups amid price hike.

The Cabinet should continue accelerating administrative reform, anti-corruption, improving the efficiency of the State apparatus, and assisting Hải Phòng in its infrastructure development, particularly the system of sea ports, airport, Hà Nội – Hải Phòng highway, said the voters.

PM Dũng briefed the voters on the Government’s current first priorities, including inflation curbing, macro-economic stabilization, and social welfare guarantee.

He confirmed that the Government attaches importance to administrative reform, anti-corruption, and improvement of the State apparatus.

The same day, PM Dũng visited the Việt Nam-Singapore economic zone which was used for urban development, industrial and service sectors on an area of 1,600ha./.
