PM okays appointment of a consulting merger to make Hà Nội's master planning
VGP - PM Nguyễn Tấn Dũng on September 23 agreed to choose the merger PERKINS EASMAN-POSCO E&C-JINA as the official consultant to map out the master planning scheme for expanded Hà Nội.
|  | | A corner of Hà Nội | The Government chief asked the Ministry of Construction and Hà Nội’s authority to invite local and international veteran planners to join the working out of the scheme. The scheme must be in line with the Planning of the Capital Area until 2020 and visions to 2050 ratified by the PM. The Ministry of Construction is assigned to negotiate, sign contract with the consultants and carry out the master planning scheme. |
