Covering 20,750 sq. m in the Mekong delta city of Cần Thơ, the new terminal meets required standards of the Air Transport Association (IATA).
Cần Thơ International Airport has undergone two renovation phases, with the first one carried from September 2005, and the second one kicked off in 2008. It now becomes one of the country’s four biggest airport.
This year, some 211,000 passengers traveled through the airport, or a year-on-year increase of 39%.
