PM receives Japanese delegation
VGP – PM Nguyen Tan Dung on October 30 in Ha Noi hosted a reception for a delegation of the Japan Chamber of Commerce and Industry led by Chairman of the Mekong-Japan Business Committee Watanabe Kohei.

PM Dung hailed the meeting between the JCCI delegation and Vietnamese ministries and agencies, expressing his hope that their working visit would contribute to the economic and investment ties between Viet Nam and Japan.
The host leader said he expected the Mekong-Japan Business Committee would spur investment in the Mekong Delta.
The Vietnamese Government, said PM Dung, always pays due attention to improving the investment climate and offering every favorable condition for foreign players.
For his part, Chairman Watanabe Kohei revealed that via the visit, the JCCI delegation wants to beef up economic, commercial and investment ties between the two countries.
The delegation is consisted of numerous Japanese leading enterprises which hope to seek investment opportunities in Viet Nam. They are chiefly operating in the areas of auxiliary industries, high-tech, IT, energy, agriculture and environment.
Mr. Watanabe Kohei expressed his desire that the Vietnamese Government would continue to facilitate Japanese business presence in Viet Nam.
“JICC would work closely with Vietnamese relevant ministries and agencies to promote economic, trade and investment activities between the two countries,” affirmed Chairman Watanabe Kohei./.
