PM refers to int’l financial officials
VNGOP – PM Nguyễn Tấn Dũng, his deputy Nguyễn Sinh Hùng and many leaders and senior experts from some ministries and agencies had a meeting on March 20 in Hà Nội with representatives of international financial and monetary organizations in Việt Nam, including World Bank (WB), International Monetary Fund (IMF), Asia Development Bank (ADB), and the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), to discuss solutions for inflation control.
| | | Việt Nam is suggested to increase export as a measure to narrow the trade gap – Illustration photo | The PM lauded senior officials from WB, IMF, ADB, UNDP for giving useful opinions which are commensurate to the Government’s views in stabilizing macro-economy, curbing inflation and maintaining high and sustainable socio-economic growth. The Government chief also asked representatives of the international financial and monetary organizations in Việt Nam to have regular meetings and discussions with Vietnamese counterparts, proposing good experience and solutions to help the Government make proper policies, especially in the period Việt Nam is developing its market economy and integrating into the world economy./.
