The Ministry of Industry and Trade (MIT) was required to handle the consequences and put the mine into operation again.
The Government chief ordered the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, together with MIT and Quảng Ninh’s authority to inspect and find out the causes of the accident as well as responsibility of related organizations and units.
