Meeting his former Japanese counterpart, PM Nguyễn Tấn Dũng hoped that Mr. Shinzo Abe would suggest the National Diet of Japan to early ratify the Việt Nam-Japan Economic Partnership Agreement for advantageous and just economic relations, call on the Japanese Government to raise ODA provision to Việt Nam and carry out three major projects - the trans-Việt Nam Express Railway, North-South Highway and the Hòa Lạc Hi-tech Park.
Former PM Shinzo Abe affirmed to support Việt Nam in realizing the above recommendations.

PM Nguyễn Tấn Dũng expressed his gratitude to leaders of JICA and JETRO for their support and cooperation with Vietnamese partners to construct infrastructure, improve environment, narrow the rich-and-poor gap and empower State management.
The Government chief sought JICA’s support in speeding up the disbursement of some ODA projects in Việt Nam.

Hailing JETRO’s role for business stimulation, the PM proposed that the organization encourage Japanese enterprises to enter and do business in Việt Nam.

Việt Nam is on the path to design a scheme for building the first nuclear power plant. So the country highly appreciates and regard Japan a top partner for cooperation in this field, said PM Dũng during the discussion with the JAIF's President.

On this occasion, PM also met economist Yukio Okamoto.
All leaders of JICA, JETRO, JAIF as well as economist Yukio Okamoto expressed their deep impression on the country, people, dynamic economic growth and achievements of Việt Nam, pledging to nurture the bilateral economic ties.
