In 2008, the sector has advised the Government to issue and amend many legal documents in order to increase the efficiency of State management, facilitate the international economic integration and the country’s socio-economic development.

According to the PM, in 2009, the sector must play an active role in the fight against economic recession while continuing to help the Government perfect the system of legal documents.

It is necessary to raise the quality of law making to protect legitimate rights and interests of both citizens and the State, said the PM.

He underscored the importance of enforcing laws and executing civil verdicts and urged the sector to pay attention to nurturing a strong contingent of qualified judicial officials.
