Quảng Ninh allowed to hire foreign planning consultants
VGP - The PM has permitted the northern province of Quảng Ninh to decide the value of its contracts on hiring foreign consultants to develop planning schemes.
Earlier, the PM agreed in principle to allow the province to hire foreign consultants to make planning schemes of overall socioeconomic development, urban development and technical infrastructure construction, land and resources use, human resource development.
