Under the project, the State will hold 100% charter capital of four enterprises, namely, The Lạng Sơn lottery company, the Lạng Sơn irrigation works exploitation, the Lộc Bình Forestry Enterprise and the Đình Lập Forestry Enterprise.
The State will no longer hold 100% charter capital of the Lạng Sơn urban and housing development company and vehicle registration company.
Also under the project, the Lạng Sơn People’s Committee will withdraw State capital from SOEs that the State does not hold the governing stake.
