The project will borrow money from the Asia Development Bank (ADB) and Germany's Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau (KfW).
The Ministry of Finance will work with the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MoIT) and relevant agencies to submit the financial mechanism to be applied for the Project to the Prime Minister for approval.
The MoIT and the Electricity of Việt Nam (EVN) are in charge of finalizing feasible reports and negotiations on the sum of money the project will use./.
