Since 2001, the two countries have exchanged many delegations at all echelons and inked the Framework Agreement on Economic, Cultural, Scientific and Technical Cooperation. PM Dũng expressed his hope to see the establishment of the trilateral partnership between Việt Nam, Japan and Morocco, focusing on aquaculture.
