VN, Mozambique strengthen agricultural linkages
VGP – PM Nguyễn Tấn Dũng welcomed the working visit of Mozambican Minister of Agriculture Soares Nhaca which can churn out more opportunities for bilateral cooperation, especially in the areas of agriculture and aquaculture.

The Government chief also lauded the newly reached agreements between the Vietnamese Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD) and its Mozambican counterpart in planting cashew and rubber trees and developing aquaculture. Việt Nam is interested in and stands ready to shake hands with Mozambican partners in other areas, said the host leader. The guest underlined the desire and determination of the Frelimo Party and the Mozambican Government to cement and deepen the friendly relations and comprehensive cooperation with the Southeast Asian country. The successful renovation in Việt Nam offers useful examples for Mozambique, said Minister Soares Nhaca. Earlier, on March 25, in Hà Nội, MARD Minister Cao Đức Phát and his Mozambican counterpart Soares Nhaca held talks in which both sides agreed to expand fields of cooperation especially in agricultural development and human resources training. Over the last years, Việt Nam has sent many experts to help the African country better agricultural production. By Hương Giang |
