VN, South Africa to boost tourism cooperation

VGP – PM Nguyễn Tấn Dũng has just approved an agreement on tourism cooperation between Việt Nam and South Africa.

 The agreement was signed between the two sides on October 6 this year on the occasion of the official visit to Việt Nam by South African Vice President Kgalema Motlanthe.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs were assigned to complete the remaining procedures and publicize the document.

The bilateral relations between Việt Nam and South Africa have been quickly expanding, particularly in the political, economic, diplomatic aspects. Two-way trade turnover is estimated at US $600-700 million in 2010 compared to US $300 million in 2008 and US $500 million in 2009./.
