The Comprehensive Partnership relationship between Viet Nam and Venezuela has been enhanced over the recent years with high ranking leaders’ visits and exchanges.
In 2007, the two sides upgraded their relations to Comprehensive Partnership, ushering in a new cooperative period in a more sustainable fashion.
In economics, the two-way trade turnover increased from US$30 million in 2013 to US$62.7 million in 2014. The two nations signed a score of agreements and agreed to focus on economics, energy, oil and gas and agriculture.
