The WB Vice President made the statement on June 03 while having a meeting with PM Nguyễn Tấn Dũng in Hà Nội.
Mr. James Adams confirmed that WB will facilitate Việt Nam’s access to capital sources for development, poverty reduction and rural infrastructure.
PM Nguyễn Tấn Dũng thanked the WB for giving its policy comments to the Vietnamese Government on stabilizing the macro-economy and for providing Việt Nam with development capital sources. He hoped that WB will continue to support Việt Nam to rein inflation, ensure social security and keep growth.
The PM also stressed that the Việt Nam is effectively using the WB funds for its socio-economic development.
