The PM assigned ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, General Directors of the Việt Nam Development Bank, the Việt Nam Bank for Social Policies, and the Việt Nam Social Insurance to issue prior to August 15, 2009 decisions promulgating their administrative formalities.

They were also urged to realize and conclude the approved plans on administrative procedures simplification before December 31, 2010.

The PM also noted that, before August 20, provincial-level People’s Committees must issue decisions publicizing administrative procedures which are applied by provincial-level departments.
