Draft documents on int’l cooperation ratified
VGP – PM Nguyễn Tấn Dũng yesterday approved the draft agreements and documents, including an MoU between the Vietnamese Government and Indian Government on the recognition of Việt Nam’s market economic status.

The PM okayed the agreements on commodity trade and on the mechanism to address disputes between ASEAN and India; a protocol to revise the ASEAN-India framework agreement on comprehensive economic cooperation; an MoU on Article 4 of the ASEAN-India Commodity Trade Agreement.
The Government chief also agreed in principle the contents of an MoU between the governments of Việt Nam and India on improving capacity in high-efficiency calculation in Việt Nam.
Standing Deputy PM Nguyễn Sinh Hùng approved a preferential credit from the Finnish Government for the project "Introducing solar electricity in mountainous and ethnic minority areas of Việt Nam".

The Project "Introducing solar electricity in mountainous and ethnic minority areas of Việt Nam" is jointly conducted by the Committee for Ethnic Affairs and Napssystems Group (Finland).
Under this €5,486,000 project, launched in January 2006, Napssystems pledged to provide solar devices to northern and central provinces.
