According to Minister-Chairman of OOG Nguyễn Xuân Phúc, the joint performance between the Government, the People’s Supreme Court, and the People’s Supreme Procuracy is clearly described in Article 2 of the Constitution 1992: “State power is unity with delegation of power to, and co-ordination among State bodies in exercising legislative, executive and judicial rights.”
Mr. Phúc stressed that the first document on the joint performance of executive and judicial bodies would be a solid foundation for these bodies to fulfill their respective functions, tasks and rights as stipulated by laws.
