The Yên Bái Provincial People’s Committee was asked to distribute the relief aid to the right beneficiaries.
The Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs is responsible for supervising the distribution.
As of January this year, the Government decided to allocate 22,429 tons of rice to 12 provinces, namely Lai Châu, Kon Tum, Bình Định, Thanh Hóa, Quảng Nam, Phú Yên, Đắk Lắk, Cao Bằng, Nghệ An, Quảng Ngãi, Lào Cai and Hà Tĩnh.
