Gov’t subsidizes five groups of low-income people
VGP – The Government chief recently issued Decision 471/QĐ-TTg to subsidize VND 100,000-250,000 (US $5-US $12) for five groups of low-income people in Q2 of the year.
The Decision took effect on March 30, 2011, classifying five groups of beneficiaries as follow

The PM also requested SoEs to spend legal financial funds in subsidizing their poor workers and encouraged private businesses to support their laborers to improve living conditions./.
