MoFA has new Deputy Minister
VGP – PM Nguyen Tan Dung has recently inked a decision to appoint Mr. Dang Dinh Quy as a new Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs.
Mr. Quy was Director of the Diplomatic Academy of Viet Nam and Director of the East Sea Institute under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA).
