Accordingly, Canada will help develop small and medium businesses in the Southern province of Sóc Trăng and agricultural development in the central province of Hà Tĩnh.
The PM asked the two provincial people’s committees to study, ratify and manage the projects based on the domestic legal regulations and international conventions on official development assistance.
The Ministry of Planning and Investment, Ministry of Justice and Ministry of Foreign Affairs will help the two provinces to launch the projects./.
