Under the US $1 million-project, the Asian Development Bank (ADB) will provide a non-refundable aid of US $0.8 million to technically assist the development of urban cities of Hà Tĩnh (Hà Tĩnh Province), Tam Kỳ (Quảng Nam Province), and Buôn Ma Thuột (Đắk Lắk Province).
The People’s Committee of Quảng Nam Province will be responsible for finalize relating documents and ratify the project.
The Government chief entrusted the State Bank of Việt Nam to sign the project with the ADB.
