The benefiting localities are Cao Bằng, Bắc Kạn, Hà Giang, Tuyên Quang, Yên Bái, and Lào Cai.
These projects will be carried out in two phases, with the first phase estimated to cost US $109.6 million, US $80 million of which will be provided by the Asian Development Bank.
Investment for the second phase of these projects is expected to come from other sources.
For their parts, the People’s Committees of these benefiting provinces are responsible for verifying and approving the projects in line with current legal regulations.
