Specifically, France will offer a non-refundable aid of € 1.2 million to assist the Ministry of Resources and Environment to pilot the technical assistance project on water resources management in the Đồng Nai River basin.

Meanwhile, Germany will finance € 1.6 million to the southern province of Bạc Liêu to manage its mangroves in a sustainable way.

Moreover, the Government chief also gave nod to the Project on improving HIV/AIDS supervision and testing in Việt Nam in the period of 2005-2010, phase 3 (2008-2010).

This project, worth of US $1.3 million, is funded by the US Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
